Terms of Service for Spidey

By using the "Spidey" chatbot ("the bot"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use of the Bot: You may use the bot in accordance with its intended purpose, which is to provide fun and interactive features for your Discord server. The bot is not intended for any commercial or illegal use.

Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service: You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service while using the bot. Any violation of Discord's Terms of Service will result in the immediate termination of your access to the bot.

User Conduct: You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the bot. You agree not to use the bot for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the bot at any time and for any reason without notice.

Modifications to the Bot: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the bot's developer and any affiliated parties against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the bot.

Jurisdiction: These Terms and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the bot's developer is located.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and Services constitute the entire agreement between you and the bot's developer regarding the use of the bot and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the bot's developer.
